Because the MAX PLUS has a larger capacity battery (24V20AH), it has a 16-mile driving range.

Upgraded Seat
Long-distance driving is more comfortable with a deluxe and thickened seat. When you’re tired of riding, you can take a break by leaning against the back of the seat.
A crutch box is located on one side of the seat, which is a useful accessory for customers who require the use of a cane. Of course, if you don’t use canes, it can also be used to store an umbrella.

Shipping & Processing Times
Please allow usually 1-2 business days to process an order and 4-8 business days to ship an order.
Tracking
When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven’t received one or if the tracking number doesn’t work, no worries. Contact us and we’ll solve it!
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will refund you within 1 business day once we’ve received and inspected your return. We do not charge any additional fees for the return of product quality issues. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
For non-quality returns, you will be responsible for return costs. We will also charge you a 30% handling fee for the refund. Thanks for your understanding.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
