Shipping & Processing Times

Please allow usually 1-2 business days to process an order and 4-8 business days to ship an order.

Tracking

When your items are shipped out, you should receive an automatic notification from the system via email providing you with a tracking number. If you haven’t received one or if the tracking number doesn’t work, no worries. Contact us and we’ll solve it!

Returns

In order to receive authorization to return a Power-chair and/or Scooter to Shoprider, the customer must adhere to the following:

• Return must be requested within 30 days by the customer.
• Unit must be in the original box (or like packaging) and in brand new condition.
• Customers must accept responsibility for all freight costs associated with the order, which includes both return freight and the outbound freight to the customer.
• Customers must agree to a 20% restocking fee.

By instructing your customers of the proper packaging, it will avoid return shipping damages. Customers are liable for any additional damages exceeding the 20% restocking fee.

Credit applied upon full inspection once received at Shoprider’s Torrance CA facility.
